Hey,This is my first post lol.
I have been doing a Nottingham Forest season of late 3seasons in.
- At First I Gave myself 3year Targets and 6year Target.
Long Term Targets-
In Next 3years Be in the Prem.
Have all Debts Clear.
And Get in Semi's of a Cup !
In next 6years-
Get a European Place.
Be Top Half Team in Prem.
To My amazement I reached the Prem in 1year finishing 1pt of Automatic Promotion and Winners of League. It did come down to the last day.
I won the Play-offs putting out Bristol City then Newcastle In final. (It was good to put out the Favs).
I reached the Quarters of The FA Cup getting put out by Chelsea 3-2
and only reached the 2nd round of League Cup 
all in all good season .
What Shocked me the most was Nott Forest Media Prediction was 17th :O
Second season I seemed to forget about my targets setting and just played the game, was boring but exciting as I recieved 19m for attempt to aviod Relagation. (Due to all the money for doing up)
On the Last day I got beat but was still able to stay up !!!!
Reached the Quarters Of League Cup and only 3rd round of FA Cup.
a month later and Valencia come and approach me, it was hard but i decided to go with them as it was a newe challenge I am cuurently working on with them.

Currently managing Ajax in 4th season, trying to recreate the Ajax 95 team which won the European cup (had loads of Dutch players and only a few foreigners).
