Extract to my documents>Sports interactive>Football Manager 2010>Graphics>Facepacks if you dont have a facepacks folder then just create one. Also always make sure that the box always reload skin on confirm is ticked in this can by found by going to the Fm dropdown menu then preferences menu then the display and sound tab and dont forget to click confirm aswell.
